Minimum resolution of 300 dpi. Higher resolution ensures better color vibrancy and definition.

Exact color matching is not guaranteed.

Please check the following points:

• Specify the size of a design file by width and height, with no empty space around the design on the artboard.
• There are no transparent pixels in the design.
• For grouped boards, our maximum print width is 30” and you can choose any length you want.
• No changes will be made to an order 4 hours after placing it.
• The minimum charge is $0.20 per piece.
• If you wish to consolidate multiple orders into one shipment, please place them on the same day.
• Very important note: If your design does not match the requested size for printing, we will only respect the width of the design. No refunds will be offered for smaller prints. Additional fees apply for sizes larger than paid.
• To have orders ready in 24 hours, please select the rush order fee option at checkout.
• Your transfers come on a roll, or we can pre-cut them for $0.20 each.
